First ever Garfield Run in Singapore~
The first ever Garfield Run in Singapore was held on 19th July 2014 and yes, I went! One Piece Treasure Cruise ~ 19 (Evolution materials – crab and hermit crab)
Two other evolution materials needed are the hermit crabs and crabs. Every Friday, you will be able to get these crabs and hermit crabs through the special quest. Like the seahorses and rarity 1 penguins, the fights are very easy to get through. However, the crabs are resistant, in the sense that they don’t die that easily. They almost seem impervious to attacks but the good thing is that their attacks don’t do that much damage and their “rounds” are much higher. I finally got the ancient turtle yesterday! XD Actually he looks like a grandfather turtle. Since he is for upgrading, the statistics doesn’t really matter. Below shows what I got, the baby turtle, adult turtle and grandfather turtle. Baby turtle stats: Rarity – 3 stars Worth 1500 beli~ (if you sell him away but please, don’t ever do so. It will be an utter waste to sell away any turtles!) One Piece Treasure Cruise ~ 17 (Upgrade materials – Turtles Special 2)
Finally managed to try out the special turtles event but I was kinda disappointed that all turtles were purple. I would really prefer to get the greens and reds because my Zoro and Luffy characters are quite tedious to upgrade now. However, I guess this is the special quest related to the current event, which is all purple, so I would have to wait for the next one or I can still get other turtles from the other current events or quests (which is slightly harder and more random). One Piece Treasure Cruise ~ 16 (Upgrade materials – Turtles Special)
Since the end of July, there is a new special event every Monday but this is a time limited event as each player can only access that event for one hour. You will be able to get turtles needed for upgrading during this event! I kept missing the timing so I have yet to try it out myself but once I do so tomorrow, I will share it. As your characters get to a higher level, it is increasingly difficult to upgrade them so these turtles are really useful and great for upgrades.
