My Whim-Baked Strawberry Cheesecake XD

It’s my brother’s birthday today and I had a sudden whim to bake him a cake the day before. Since we both like cheesecakes and I don’t have an oven at home, I decided to go for the no bake kind.

Didn’t have any kitchen tools or equipment available, so I made the simplest version, just crust, filling and topping.

I even had to buy the cake paper mould. XD

Topped it up with strawberries and I think it actually turned out pretty good. Not bad for a first attempt right? XP

I think it looks pretty after it was cut. And it tastes good. My brother and his friends like it too so it seems that my whim was yummy and pretty. XD
