Fave Referral Code/ First Time Promo Code/ Refer A Friend
Today I am sharing another new referral code with you guys.
This new shopping site/ app which I am recommending is called Fave. If you have bought vouchers/ coupons before, you would have heard or used Groupon before, and Fave used to be Groupon, a few years back.
The website for Fave Singapore is myfave.com/singapore
So I am guessing it might actually be called myfave, but I have been calling it Fave anyway. π
And before I start rambling away, this is my referral code:
FAVERACHEL444
https://myfave.com/invite/FAVERACHEL444?city=singapore
You will receive $1 off your first purchase. I know it’s not a lot. It used to be $3 if I didn’t remember wrongly but just checked and apparently the amount is reduced.
It is stated that there is a minimum purchase of $20 which I hope is referring to me receiving the referral reward, and not that you have to spend minimum $20 to use the $1 off, because the latter is totally ridiculous.
(If you do use my referral code, let me know if that’s the case so I can update this.)
Even if the referral rewards for fave is not enticing, there are a lot of other good things about fave which I would recommend.
First of, if you are looking to discounted massages, facial treatments, hair treatments, hair colouring, food deals or if you want to try out a new activity at a cheaper rate, fave is the app/ site for you.
There are also always promotions and cashback rewards which you can get back up to a good 50%, depending on the promotions.
Scroll through the banners at the homepage to check out the current promotions and apply them before you make payment.
You can click on the different categories, scroll down to check out what’s recommended, or just do a search in the search bar on top. It’s easy to navigate.
However, as per all other first trials and coupons, be prepared for some hardselling from the vendors you visit. You can also check out the reviews from other buyers, where they will actually share if there is hardselling by that particular vendor.
The downside of the cashback you receive is that, unless you have spent it all, so long you still have the cashback in your account, whatever purchases you make will be deducted from there and even if you try to apply a 50% cashback promo code, you won’t be able to enjoy that promo code.
Only after you have used up your existing amount in your account, then will you be able to enjoy the cashback promo codes again. π€·π»ββοΈ
Other than the deals and discounted coupons, you can also use Fave to make payment at certain vendors, and you will receive a certain amount of cashback. For example, when you spend at Mr Bean and you use fave to make payment, you can get 3% cashback back. The cashback can only be used when you visit Mr Bean again.
This cashback is tied to the vendor you made payment at, which is different from the cashback you receive when you purchase a voucher. That cashback can be used anywhere, to buy a voucher or to make payment at a vendor.
Do note and remember that all cashback WILL EXPIRE. Please do remember to use them up before they do.
fave may or may not inform you by email when it’s about to expire. As I learned it the hard way, when my cashback expired and I didn’t know it will expire, nor did I receive any emails saying that it was expiring, I wasted about $30 I think. Contacted customer service and they said it expired and that I was informed by email, which weirdly I didn’t receive, but that’s it. Not exactly helpful. π£
To check on the different expiry dates for your cashback, just click on My Cashback on the homepage, it will show you clearly which one expires when.
Last but not least, if you have grabpay, you can also link your grabpay to fave to make payment. This way, when you purchase from fave, you get the cashback from fave (with promo codes) and you will also receive grab rewards in your grab account. π
You only need to link it once. Just make sure you have enough in your grab account before you make payment. After you have linked it, you can see how much you have in your grabpay account from fave, you don’t even need to login to grab.
So if you want to try out my fave, here is the referral code/ first time user/ purchase promo code:
Have you tried Fave yet? Hereβs a promo code FAVERACHEL444 to get discount, youβll thank me later.
Oh! And if you are wondering if you can use Shopback for extra cashback when using fave, the answer as of now (when this is posted) is no.
You used to be able to get cashback from Shopback when you purchase from fave. Not sure when it stopped, but I just checked and it still shows as 0% cashback.
Enjoy all the discounts. π
Have a great weekend and be safe! π·
